Tai Chi

Tai-Chi will have a short break between the 30th August and 20th September at both the Totley and Fulwood sessions due to the Bank Holiday and the tutor taking a well deserved break.  The sessions will both start back up on the 27th September at the Dore and Totley Reformed Church (11.30am-12.30pm) and Fulwood Scout Hut (1.15pm - 2.15pm).

But don't despair as there is a taster session at Endcliffe Park (next to the cafe) on the 13th September between 2.30pm and 3.30pm.  Whether you are a regular attendee at our current sessions, or even if you have never taken part in Tai-chi before, all are welcome! 

Hopefully the weather will be fantastic, but just in case please bring along suitable clothing as the session will take place outside.

The session will be FREE to all, so please cone and see what Tai-Chi is all about!
